A Seed Pod….

Doesn’t matter what type of seed pod.

Mine is a flame bonsai tree sees pod.

Oval in shape. Very Hard on the outside. You have to soak it for 2 days, then peel the softened shell back with a knife to expose the flesh before planting.

The color is brown with some stripping…

Seeds that are planted and nourished correctly yield green leaves, fruit and grow flowers.

First we are going to plant the seedling in riche fertile soil that is our heart.

With the fertilizers of light, warmth and love the seedling will begin to take root.

First one root, then another and another….growing so large it fills the container.

Decide on your seed pod, cup it in your hands….

Feel the seed pod, examine it for any flaws, use your senses to enjoy it…

Place the seed pod into your heart…

The seed pod you have chosen is your God, Source, Universe, Your name….

Feel the seed pod settle into you, spreading joy throughout your body.

When you are feeling good the seed pod will flourish and spread its roots throughout your body.

This joy will bring you the life you are wanting.

Remember to feel good for the pod to grow and integrate into your body.

The more you continue to feel good. The more it take root and take hold of you.

No longer housed in a building you are taking your spirit with you everywhere.

You are the house.
